Dan Broadfield (Director of Finances and Project Leader)
Hi! I'm Dan Broadfield, a third year at Cardiff University studying economics. Along with Alastair I am one of the veterans of the current SIFE Cardiff team, having experienced the rebuilding of the team from October 2008 as well as our success in April! I like to fill my spare time with a variety of sporting activities, particularly football at the moment as I am managing an IMG football team at Cardiff University. I was heavily involved in Your Uni Co-op last year and I hope to busy myself with the Co-op and many more new projects this coming year!
Dan is responsible for managing the finances of SIFE Cardiff and is the project leader responsible for consultancy being carried out with Education Towards a Future.

Robert Croucher (Director of Human Resources and Project Leader)
I'm a third year student at Cardiff University, where I am reading Philosophy. I'm one of these people that like to keep busy and I have a habit of taking on too much! I have been a part of the corporate set-up at SIFE Cardiff since April 2009 having previously been a part of a SIFE team that performed a consultancy project at a homeless centre in Cardiff. I have set up a charity called 'Edtaf' that provides scholarships for Kenyans to go to University in Nairobi (for more information go to www.edtaf.org). I play hockey for the University and like to keep fit with other sporting activities too. In general, I enjoy working hard but I like to play a little harder! Rob has taken responsibility for the Human Resources at SIFE Cardiff and is project leader for the Fund Raising and Event Management Course.

Charity Yan (Secretary and Project Leader)
Hello, I'm Charity- the newest member of the SIFE team and a second year student at Cardiff studying Language and Communication. I come from Hong Kong, a city best known for its skyline and action hero- Jackie Chan! I enjoy leading an active lifestyle, with plenty to do or organize all year round. As a member of the English netball team, ActionAid society, university choir and more, time is a scarce commodity in my world! I look forward to yet another busy year at Cardiff, and working with the rest of the team on the coming projects.
Charity is the team leader for the Fund Raising and Management Internship, and we are hoping to persuade her to act as the secretary for SIFE for 2009-2010.

Parth Mehta (Project Leader)
Hello! I am
fourth year student from Cardiff University pursuing my degree in MEng
Electrical & Electronic Engineering. SIFE has offered me a right platform to
serve my local community and has helped me enhance my leadership competencies. I
have experience working for energy utility companies and my current education is
sponsored by National Grid. I also organise educational events (science based)
for the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET) and I also help
'Imagineering' Club to promote science and engineering to school children. I am keen on politics and have campaigned in the past for one of the local
parties in Berkshire. I play a lot of cricket for Undy & Magor Cricket Club
and have recently raised funds for the club to improve their ground
infrastructure. Here at SIFE Cardiff, I have taken the lead to manage the
Bio-fuel Project.
